A dyeable set of latex elbow gloves for all tall races

Replaces Pixie Cotton Sleeves of Crafting

Fitted to Bibo+ IVCS for females (also fits Freyja), The hrBody 3 IVCS for male Roe and Hroth, and TBSE IVCS for other male races

**Update: fixed issue with the gloves disappearing for female Roegadyns

I think it can fit vanilla bodies in most cases, but it requires at least IVCS framework for the fingers to not yeet themselves to oblivion.

Colorset row 16 can be modified for better control of the colours, but dying should work well for most cases
